Neal Fisher - President
Neal began his recruiting career in 1976 as a Clerical Recruiter. In 1978, he ventured into a partnership with his brother and opened a Towson-based office of Ford Employment Services under the incorporated name of Fisher & Fisher, Inc. The company name was changed to PPS, Professional Personnel Services, in 1985. Neal is a graduate of Towson University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Lynn Eskite - Senior Recruiter
Lynn joined the staff of PPS in 1998. Lynn holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland, University College and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland, College Park. Her prior experience includes recruiting in the health insurance industry and Senior HR Generalist responsibilities in a national organization.

Rob Lanahan - Full Life Cycle Recruiter
Rob joined the firm in July of 2007 as a Full Life Cycle Recruiter. He brings over ten years of experience in both the recruiting and investment industries and has recently held positions such as Vice President of Business Development and Associate Vice President of Investments. Rob is a graduate of Towson University and holds a degree in Business Administration Finance.

Karen Hofmann - Payroll Administrator
Karen joined the staff of PPS in January of 1996 as a part-time receptionist. In the fall of 1996, she became our first full-time Administrative Assistant. In 2000, Karen took over as the Payroll Administrator, and continues to handle all payroll, billing, and bookkeeping responsibilities today. Her attention to detail and pleasant personality are a great asset to PPS.
